In proxy set up window moving cursor with arrow keys leads to loose the focus.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mozilla browser.
2.Open Preferences window.
3.Select Proxiex under Advanced category.
4.Selct the "manual proxy" radio button.
5.Enter some text in one of the fields.
6.Now move the cursor to right or left with arrow keys.
Actual Results: The focus is moving to radio button selection level.
Expected Results: cursor should be moved according to the arrow key.
