Details

Right now you get to set the category of a translation. It should be inherited from the en-US document, like Firefox versions and OSes.

Landed on master (https://github.com/jsocol/kitsune/commit/1becb459ebef7af1f82e145953bb9372ff4b6dd5) and 2.3.x (https://github.com/jsocol/kitsune/commit/13e82ec5189c38e981ff9c52ee1c0ced54aea62d). Category shouldn't even show up on translation editing page anymore.
