611410 - In create library, "Use library" does not add library to the page

Tried this on trunk.

1. Click on create library button on the home page. (Make sure you have one or two libraries already created prior to this)
2. On the editor page, click on the libraries section on the left hand side. 
3. In the text box, try to write a name of the library that already exists.  It will show you in the auto-suggest.
4. Select that library and press the use button.

Actual result:
the post back happens but I dont see the library added into the library panel

Expected result:
The library should have been added and the library count should have been updated.

On the stage, I dont get any auto suggest when i type the name of my previous existing libraries.

And then when I hit "Use", I run into bug 610462

Which Libraries you wanted to Use?

Not any specific one. I clicked on Create library button and created a "My library" (just saved a blank one).
then I clicked create library again and this was "My Library(2)".

Here I tried to use the "My Library" which does not get added after postback.

This is no longer reproducible in any Builder enviro. Reopen if you can confirm it still exists.
