61147 - Mozilla retrieves first with partial fetches, then without

With a 1122 trunk build working against a UW IMAP2000 server on my
own machine, I open the mail window, close the message body pane,
select a message, and then double-click to open a separate window.
From the attached server log, you can see that mozilla nicely does
partial fetches, but then immediately retrieves the entire message
in one blob.

This doesn't help performance at all and slows down rendering quite
a bit.

I can't reproduce this with a 113008 trunk build. Maybe it's gone away but I
think it's just hiding.

If it is please attach a IMAP log of your IMAP session and the problemed email.
