Details

When users edit articles with medium content changes the page 'Translations Needing Updates' isn't updating.

1) edit en-US article that has been localized
2) approve revision with 'content change'
3) view localization dashboard> Translations needing updates

expected: article is listed
actual: page is blank for 5+ min
I just tried this in French and it worked fine. On support-stage, at least some if not all of the article parent info was lost, but it WFM on master or newly-created articles.
