By default, my Firefox restores tabs and windows last time. And I found that the BOOKMARK button don't display while the un-wanted "go to the address in the location bar" instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select "display windows and tabs last time"
2.open some tabs and close firefox then open it again.
3.those restored tabs don't show star button in the location bar.
Actual Results:  
those restored tabs don't show star button in the location bar.

Expected Results:  
show star button even it's a restored tabs
