Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec -> go to preferences
2. Set start page blank page
3. Kill Fennec and after, open it
4. Go to preferences start page
5. Choose Fennec Start
6. Kill Fennec and after, open it
7. Go to preferences start page

Expected result:
- the Use current Page is removed from options at start page or is disable

Actual result:
- at step 4 the context menu has 2 options, after step 7 the context menu has 3 and one is disable. 

Inconsistency : choose either to disable the Use current Page either to remove it

Ah, yes. Fenenc Start and Blank Page are considered special pages. If Fennec Start is going to show one type of UI; blank page should show the same UI.

This is a special case added for "Start Page" because to not degrade the discoverability of the feature (bug 606548)
