It would be nice if it turned green at 100%, or if there was some way to configure colorings for different percentages. Reproducible: Always

I assume your problem concerns the Lightning calendar add-on, correct?

You should be able to do this using a userchrome.css file. See https://developer.mozilla.org/en/XUL_Tutorial/Styling_a_Tree and http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/calendar/base/content/calendar-task-tree.xml#510
