FF4b7 fails the test at http://javatester.org/index.htm

Also, in looking at my logs the java app never tries to runs.

If I look in about:plugins, the java plugin (Java Embedding Plugin 0.9.7.4) is not there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://javatester.org/index.htm and run the test (it will fail)
2. Go to about:plugins (plugin isn't shown)

Actual Results:  
As stated above

Expected Results:  
Expect to see this (from FF3.6.12)

Have tested this with a new empty profile.

This is a duplicate of Bug 594482 - Java applets broken with content policies (NoScript, Adblock Plus, GreaseMonkey...)
