steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addons
2. Pick an add-on which needs a compatibility update and the compatibility link is red.
3. Do a mouse-hover on the compatibility link
expected behavior:
The link remains red on mouse-hover

actual behavior:
The link turns blue on mouse-hover
