The lower border of the navigation or bookmarks toolbar, whichever is at the bottom, disappears whenever you press Alt to show the hidden menu bar, if gfx.font_rendering.directwrite.enabled is set to false.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure "gfx.font_rendering.directwrite.enabled" is false.
2. Hide the menu bar.
3. Press alt to show menu bar
Actual Results:
Lower border disappears.
Expected Results:
Lower border should not disappear.

Able to reproduce. If "gfx.font_rendering.directwrite.enabled" is set as false in about:config, navigational toolbar lower border is missing after pressing Alt to show the menu bar.
