When attempting to select any sub-menu under the View Menu, just a blank outline of the select box shows up with no menu items.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up View Menu 
2. Select any menu item such as Toolbars

Actual Results:  
Shows blank sub-menu

Expected Results:  
Show sub-menu with various options.

Does disabling of Hardware Acceleration (Options/Advanced + Restart) help?

Can you please post your Graphics Info from about:support with Hardware Acceleration enabled?
