Bug 401976 and bug 611121 added alert icons to our "old nightly" and flash-check messages. Unlike all other images, they're only on cbo, and not on S3, and screen.css obviously refers to them on cbo. Sam needs to deploy them to S3 and then update screen.css to refer to the S3 locations.

Uploaded. I should note that /start/ and /welcome/ both point to the non-S3 version of the logo. (I didn't update the HTML because I don't have a live tree right now.) -> Smokey to update the CSS (and HTML!).

Now pointing to S3 for the alert icons in screen.css and for logo.png in the HTML for /start/ and /welcome/. For future reference, we should always try to load the images directly (to check permissions) before deploying them in HTML/CSS, in case the perms are set wrong on upload. Thanks, Sam!
