This is for the redesign, but is in the new batch of pages that can go live after the initial launch. (So it's lower priority for now.) William, do you have the PSD for this page?
Removed Reps from the bug title since this isn't exclusive to Student Reps but designed for all students. I'll see if I can dig up the PSD file.

To provide some additional schedule clarity here, this isn't a launch blocker for the redesign. In fact, it's very low priority...can definitely wait until Q1 in terms of the overall schedule.
