Attachment: Save password doorhanger with focus ring on the recall button

Clicking the save password doorhanger recall button in the navigation toolbar creates a square focus ring on the recall button around the key icon. See attached screenshot.

This only appears to occur with the save password doorhanger, not others like geolocation.

STR:
1. Create a new profile and logon to a password protected site, e.g. Gmail.
2. Dismiss the save password doorhanger by clicking in content, i.e. do not save the password.
3. Click on the recall button to bring up the doorhanger again.
4. Note the focus ring on the recall button around the key icon.

Expected: no focus ring.

This bug is not reproduced at Firefox 9.0.1.
(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0)

Has this bug be fixed by other bug fix, right?
