No signs of life on the Crestron controller. Rebooting the rack had no effect.

Mark took a look at the dock today and noticed a pin was broken. He'll have someone from Anderson come back tomorrow to replace the dock.

Crestron replaced the dock, and the remote works (woot). Tested out video inputs and was able to get a display to run without problems
