Details
To help improve our page load speeds, we should clean out any unused styling from the site's CSS files, the main file being screen.css.

Removed Open Web Fund form styling since that now lives on donate.mozilla.org. http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc?view=revision&revision=77582

Closing old Mozilla.org website bugs due to them not being relevant to the new Python-based Bedrock system. Re-open if this is a critical bug and should be resolved on the new system too.

We're replacing all of the old styles as the site is gradually ported to Bedrock, and none of the old styles are coming over without being reviewed, so I think this is a non-issue now.
