Starting firefox 4.0b7 from the command line on OS X results in:

dyld: unknown required load command 0x80000022
  Trace/BPT trap

Running with -g flag results in:

dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _MD5_Update
  Referenced from: /Applications/Firefox-4.0.app/Contents/MacOS/XUL
  Expected in: /Applications/Firefox-4.0.app/Contents/MacOS/libssl3.dylib

  Referenced from: /Applications/Firefox-4.0.app/Contents/MacOS/XUL
  Expected in: /Applications/Firefox-4.0.app/Contents/MacOS/libssl3.dylib

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute '/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox' from command line with no options or with '-no-remote -Profilemanager' options.
Actual Results:
OS X crash reporter opens with "unknown required load command 0x80000022".

Expected Results:

Firefox runs properly when started from OSX GUI or with 'open' command in terminal. Reason for using command line: profile manager.

Attaching minidump generated with -g flag.
