612374 - the view of top bugs should have a better UI

it might be useful to have a legend which matches the colors of the
bars with the list of bugs below, so I can see which is which without
having to hover my mouse over a column.  something like a colored
rectangle to the left of each row in the raw data, for example.

mousing over a bug on the chart should highlight the row on the table.  likewise, mousing over a row on the table show highlight the line on the chart.

In addition, for e.g. the top two bugs, these bugs should be highlighted per period

We would need to increase the size of the graph to properly display a legend.  I tried adding a legend with the top 10 bugs per week for a month, and the legend not only hid half of the last bar but also went past the bottom of the graph.

We may indeed want to increase the graph size, though, since we have more screen real estate now that the side bars are gone.  TBD I think.
