Details

During a multiple trigger install, the user experience should be the following for 3rd party installs (simple xpi's that have an .exe and an install.js): - when a user downloads multiple 3rd party installs, the first downloaded 3rd party install can begin installation. Xpinstall can continue downloading the next .xpi, however it needs to wait for the first installation to finish before beginning the second installation.
