When pulling down the OS/2 nightly builds and unzipping with InfoZip's UNZIP
utility, it seems that some of them are coming through with READ ONLY flags set
on some of the components.

Having the Read Only flags set can be a bit of a hastle for the non-technical
user to figure out how to remove them from their system.
