The only thing I caught was that the header "Security" is a little smaller than the rest of the headers.

Good catch Lee. Fixed in r77636. I tracked that different heading style back to Bug 548128 to make sure it didn't have any cryptic legal semantics attached to it, but it just appears to have been a formatting glitch.
