Details

Open a Firefox window with a few tabs, where one of the tabs is twitter.com.  Sometimes, when the twitter.com tab is active, pressing Ctrl+Shift+Tab will open the tab preview popup, even though the browser.ctrlTab.previews pref is false.

<Jesse> i can reproduce on mac by focusing the "What's happening?" box on twitter and pressing ctrl+shift+tab twice
