The "Sync Now " button is still enabled, even with Synchronize set to off. It should be disabled (grayed out) in this state

Repro:
1) install android nightly: Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv71; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101116 Firefox/4.0b8pre Fennec/4.0b3pre
2) connect to sync account
3) in prefs, toggle Synchronize = Off
4) Verify the "Sync Now" button is still active, and can be manually sync'd
Expected:
- Sync Now is disabled when synchronize is off
Actual;
- sync now is enabled when synchronize is off
