Add L10N note clarifying behavior of add-on update menu items
Cedric from the french localization team raised an issue related to the update strings in the add-ons manager "Settings" dropdown: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/annotate/19e98c731909/toolkit/locales/en-US/chrome/mozapps/extensions/extensions.dtd#l42 It isn't obvious what the distinction is between "Update Add-ons Automatically" and "Reset All Add-ons to Update Automatically". Arguably this is user-facing problem with the en-US strings as well, but some l10n notes that clearly explain the difference to localizers would at least help avoid the problem being worsened by imprecise localization. Once those are added a post to m.d.l10n would be a good idea too.
