Unzip the attached content. 
- Launch pinnedFsRepro94340TestPage.html
- Right click on SL content and select Silverlight menu. Select "Permissions" tab and make sure "Full-Screen:stay full-screen when unfocused" doesn't exist. Delete the permission if it exists.
- Click fullscreen button at the right bottom. You will see a consent dialog asking if you want to stay in fullscreen
- Click "Yes" and check.


Expected Result:
-It go to fullscreen mode properly.

Result:
-The taskbar and the browser render upon the fullscreen page.

It took us a while to track down the issue but we've narrowed down the problem to have started to manifest itself with Firefox 3.6.9 and later. It does repro with Firefox 4 also.

This bug occurs on Windows as well.

Followed the STR's in the description and did a regression range. Here are the results:

WORKS FOR ME on the following build:

Is this really a bug ? The taskbar and all the other windows get dark when watching a youtube video in fullscreen too.

It seems I misunderstood the problem.
Saw the issue on FF 4.0.1 on Win XP. It is no longer reproducible on FF 18.0.2, nightly 2013-02-11
