Some users have been confused on how to get started with the page and don't realize that clicking a tweet triggers the sign in dialog. Let's add a "Sign in" button to the left of the Refresh button to give users another option for signing in.

Verified sign in button, separate bug filed on IE not being able to sign in with it.
