when loading Google Spreadsheets, I used https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Aqs5R9yf9EA9dDF6aDUtQk5JNkVOSXhKdWJGV2hNX3c&hl=en&authkey=CIK165kE#gid=0&zx=1290027479335R, I get the following error. When I do what it says it reappears 

"A browser error has occurred.
Please hold the Shift key and click the Refresh button to try again."
