1) Unable to preview calendar b4 it prints.
Applies when trying to print to HP deskjet or adobe.pdf

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. file -> print -> layout monthly grid -> custom date (Nov 1 - Nov 30) 
2. No preview available
3. When trying to print to .pdf, may/not print to .pdf file
4. Does not print to printer 1st couple of times.




Expected Results:  
need a print preview, and (somewhere) be able to select pages to be printed
