Back button needs to be tapped twice to load previous visited page is some cases

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Browser and go to google.com
2. Page is loaded
3. Tap on the URL field, All pages are displayed
4. Select Add-ons for Mobile pages from the list displayed. This is bookmarked
by default
5. Page gets loaded
6. Now slide the browser to reveal the back and forward buttons
7. Tap on Back button Once

Actual Results:  
The Forward button is activated but previous visited page is not displayed i.e
google.com. Tap again on back button, you are taken to previous visited page

Note: This is seen always when https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile page is
visited


Expected Results:  
Tap on back button should take you to previous visited page. In this case
google.com


This issue is seen on fennec on windows desktop also

we redirect to /?browse=featured, this expected behavior (you can also see it in firefox)

I am not convinced with the idea that you need to tap twice to get to previous visited page after visiting https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile 

The issue is not seen when you visting a Http and then https page and back to http page using the back button. The issue is seen only with https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile

Firefox desktop does exactly the same thing. It's the way Gecko currently works.
