User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12

When I have more than one Firefox browser open, one of the buttons on the taskbar disappears, and I am unable to access the Window. I then get an error message from OWA saying that I can't open that because it is already open in another window. But I can't open that window because it is invisible; simply clicking on the link on my desktop only opens my home page again.
This has started to happen since the last update.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
This is still happening in 4.0b11 .I have several firefox windows open, but some do not show in the taskbar. If I click on a window, then if it is not on the taskbar, it gets added. Sometimes firefox tasks disappear from the taskbar, and clicking on a task does not always bring up the same window as it did on a previous occasion. Additionally, if I have several firefox windows open, I notice that some of the background firefox windows are disappearing altogether, even though I have not closed them.

The operating system is Microsoft Windows XP.
Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue with the latest version of Firefox 5? Does the issue occur with the latest nightly? http://nightly.mozilla.org/
I have not noticed this problem lately, so I presume that this is fixed.
Thanks for reporting back
