no, it doesn't say all.

What is slow ?
The loading of the website, the loading of the flash movie, the scrolling, playing of the flash movie, .... ?

I can't see an issue with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101117 Firefox/4.0b8pre SeaMonkey/2.1b2pre or FF3.6.12 and Flash 10.1.102.64


As always if you report a bug about something with plugin: What is the used plugin (flash) version ?
And you have tried http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode already ?
