steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/255385/versions/121777
2. Try to upload a file

observed behavior:
Nothing happens after quitting the file picker while upload
also works fine on Firefox 3.6.12
I blame potch since it worked before this got potch'd.  Nothing happens after I select a file with the file picker.
