Details

Once a user gets an error uploading an image or video, the error stays visible until a new file is entered. You can close the upload window and start over only to see the errors.

1) media gallery> link to upload file
2) enter invalid file type into image search > get error
3) cancel
4) click link to upload file

expected: errors removed
actual: errors are permanent for both image & video
This is only if you don't reload the page and you don't finish the upload process either. Seems like it can wait.
