steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/255385/ownership
2. Change the license and Save changes
3. Check the corresponding activity feed @ https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/feed/255385
4. Add a new author and edit the EULA policy and save changes
5. Repeat step #3

expected behavior:
when license is edited, there is an activity feed for license only
when a new author is added, there is an activity feed for authors only
when EULA/privacy is changed, there is an activity feed for policy only.

observed behavior:
Every time any attribute on this page changes, there is an activity feed for "policy" and "License"

I think this is fixed with another bug.

I can still reproduce this problem. Whenever I change the license for an add-on, there is a feed about policy.
