STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load the CPU hog testcase from bug 575515 in tab 1
   https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=478137
2. type javascript:alert("hi") in tab 2 url bar and instantly after ENTER,
   start resizing the window
==> deadlock (occurs with or without the patch in bug 575515)
