I would like our clobberer page to be easier to load and use.
The current page takes long time to load and there are many builders and branches that we don't have anymore.

I also believe we don't need to have the fine granularity of choosing which slaves to clobber instead of all slaves for a specified builder.
Let's reduce the scope of this bug to just removing the builders that are not real.
