Unable to exit firefox when user is in panorama view

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open firefox
2.Go to panorama view
3.Now click on the close button of firefox
Actual Results:
Firefox exits from panorama view but is not closed

Expected Results:
Firefox should be closed completely

This behavior is by design. We found it was much more jarring for Firefox to close when users thought they were exiting out of Panorama. If you are on Mac, cmd+q will kill Firefox even in Panorama. If you are using Windows, we are considering bug 608330
