STR: 1. Go to Firefox support home page 2. Click on "Grab your cape and join us" 3. Click on Back button The text under "Help with:" is empty. To get it back, you need to reload the page.
Just to confirm: does this only occur on the home page, or does the back button cause issues with Help With on articles, too? (That is, does "Article A => Article B => 'back'" cause the issue?)
The back button causes issues with "Help With" on articles To reproduce this bug, you need to change the default values, for instance, select Firefox 3.5-3.6 on Fx4 b7.
I can not reproduce in SUMO 2.6.1.

Me neither, but I can like this: 1. Go to http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/ActiveX 2. Click the "extensions" links (or any KB article link) in the body of the article. 3. Hit Back. There's a lot of complexity going on on the home page: JS, redirects, etc. Something apparently gets around this bug, which could be an interesting clue when chasing it.

I can't reproduce this anymore, even when changing OS and version.
