I'm using Firefox 4.0 beta 7 but it happened to me with other beta versions. Sometimes when i close a tab, it is not fully closed. In the Windows taskbar I can still see it in the thumbnails when i put the mouse over Firefox application. And in Firefox there's a space bigger between the two tabs where the "closed tab" was before and if i put my mouse over a tooltip appears with the title of the closed tab. What can I do?

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close a tab
Actual Results:
The tab is not cleanly closed.

Expected Results:
The tab doesn't appear in the thumbnails in Windows' Taskbar.

I don't know if the closed tab had flash in it.
I reported it in the Support Forums (https://support.mozilla.com/ca/questions/766053) and other people have the same problem.
