Feels redundant somehow.

Reproducible: Always
Doesn't that restart in the normal mode with disabled addons ?
Note: The safemode does more than disabling the addons
Summary: In safe mode "Restart with Add-ons disabled" must be removed from the menu. → "Restart with Add-ons disabled" must be removed from the menu when already in that mode.
What exactly is the diference, if any, between this and safe mode?
The safemode disables the JS JIT, Hardware acceleration and all addons.
