(see bug 571122 for set-up) I don't think I should be able to see the debug error page with all the env information and traceback when an exception is thrown on the production server.
for now, it's better to have it, but once we stabilize the env, we definitely should do the switch.
Based on comment 1, I'll wontfix for now. Reopen when you need us to turn off DEBUG mode.
