The above commit added browser.search.siteSearchURL but with an incorrect value. Please refer to https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/default/browser/locales/en-US/chrome/browser-region/region.properties#l20 for the correct value of this pref.

It also introduced Mibbit, but without amending gecko.handlerService.defaultHandlersVersion, which needs to be incremented by 1 (to 3) in order for the Mibbit change to be picked up.

Can you please fix these two issues on central? No patch needed, consider this an r+.
