Details

When listening to Kumar's stream (http://chirpradio.org/listen) in Amarok I get "CHIRP Radio" as the song title.  Shoutcast stuff supports sending metadata so we can get ID3 info on the current artist without looking it up in a browser and guessing which one is playing.

Expected results:
- Song title in my music player updates with each new song

Actual results:
- "CHIRP Radio" is the only thing shown in the player.
