steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/he/developers/addon/255387/ownership
2. Notice the "Details" link besides the listed licenses
observed behavior:
"Details" link is right beside the radio button. It should be on the left side of the licenses

This is because the strings aren't localized. Same thing happens with () and all.
