Details
STR (1) Start fennec, with about:home homepage (2) Try to load about:crashes I don't see any minidumps show up in the display, even though I have several that have been submitted. In the console, I see (transcribed by hand) Error: uncaught exception:[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIProperties.get]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://global/content/crashes.js :: populateReportList :: line 126" data: no] If I then load any content page (say google.com), *then* retry loading about:crashes, it works fine and the uncaught exception goes away.

This seems to work fine in my desktop/gtk/debug build. Strange.

crashes.js populateReportList : line 126
> reportsDir = directoryService.get("UAppData", Ci.nsIFile);

Possibly related: bug 541436, since it's the same error code.
