Details
We've found that python24 may not be readily available in our new facility on the latest RHEL. So we need to back port the mod-wsgi collector from the 1.8 line to the 1.7 line.

This is complete and checked into staging. The mod-python and mod-wsgi collectors share the .../scripts/config/collectorconfig.py file. The parameter 'modwsgiInstallation' config variable is ignored by the mod-python collector.
This should be tried in staging asap.
