Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open a page with a picture which is smaller than the window size 2. magnify the picture (i.e. using Ctrl + +) Actual Results: the mouse cursor over the picture is a magnifying glass with a plus sign. Expected Results: the mouse cursor should be a magnifying glass with a minus sign.
