1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/182409/edit
2. Notice the locales listed under L10N dropdown box
expected behavior:
As per the mocks, there is a delete button for every locale- http://people.mozilla.com/~chowse/drop/amo/devtools/v3/interaction/localization.png
actual behavior:
