the use of frames and rules to give a unique look to a table is not rendered correctly by mozilla check the demo file against that of msie 5.5 for expected look of chart in issue 2.
check out bug 21076 and bug 41411, there are others as well covering this subject.
probably a dupe of the bugs mentioned in bug 41262
Reporter: You must be specific with your report with only one topic. Please review bug 41262. In there you will see numerous reports. In my first comment, I picked the ones that seemed to cover your initial report. Looking again at your url, it seems to have changed in that it no longer covers rules and frames. If you can not find a specific example covered in bug 41262 for rules and frames please report a new bug and state in the report (or link it yourself in the depends field) that it may be related to bug 41626. Thanks :-)
